Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve operational, financial, and growth objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of ice manufacturing and cold storage facilities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal health.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control and food safety standards across all facilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of department heads and support staff to improve performance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and infrastructure investment.
- Ensure full compliance with local government regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in senior management, preferably within the cold storage, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale P&L and driving organizational performance.
- Strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, and facility operations.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
- Proficiency in data-driven reporting and business management software (ERP/CRM).
- Strong command of English and Filipino, with excellent communication skills.
