- Develop and execute comprehensive regional business strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring cost-efficiency, reliability, and quality compliance.
- Lead product lifecycle management, collaborating with creative teams to drive innovation in our offerings.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Implement and monitor operational KPIs to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve service delivery.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including budget forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
