- Oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the executive training institution.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior management or executive leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering executive training or educational programs.
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
