Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in general management or executive leadership
- Proven track record in retail management, sales leadership, and franchise development
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in team building and talent development
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the marketing industry is highly desirable
