- Lead the end-to-end strategy for the Jakarta branch, overseeing daily operations and long-term growth.
- Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability through cost control and revenue optimization.
- Oversee the reverse logistics and after-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to scale the business and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business health to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in general management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving organizational growth.
- Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage P&L.
- Expertise in reverse logistics and after-sales management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
