Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Sales.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and optimize operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, local regulations, and international safety and sanitation standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the leadership team to maintain high levels of employee engagement and service excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and strong corporate relations.
- Manage the property’s P&L, budget forecasting, and capital expenditure projects to ensure financial sustainability.
- Uphold the reputation of Grandkemang Hotel by proactively managing guest feedback and enhancing the overall service culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3-5 years in a General Manager or Hotel Manager role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta hospitality landscape and competitive market dynamics.
- Full working rights for Indonesia with valid residency and immigration documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multi-departmental operations and complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on talent development and team building.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken) is essential.
