- Oversee strategic planning and execution across all business units including procurement, property, hospitality, F&B, and retail
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through market expansion initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Lead and develop department heads to foster high-performance teams aligned with company objectives
- Implement financial controls, budget management, and cost optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain highest standards of service quality
- Forge strategic partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive management experience in multi-industry operations
- Proven track record of leading building materials, property, or F&B businesses
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budgeting
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to drive business expansion
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin advantageous
