Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all operational activities within the Business Unit to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize costs while ensuring product availability
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to maximize performance and employee satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in general management
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving business objectives
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to business challenges
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
- Experience in the local market of Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu is highly desirable
