Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B units to ensure high standards of service and quality.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Manage P&L (Profit and Loss) statements and control operating costs effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team and staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to minimize waste and optimize stock.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery and problem resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple outlets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
