- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing large-scale operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with specific experience in international trade and supplier relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain logistics.
