Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations for salon and retail branches to ensure seamless workflow and high standards.
- Manage financial performance by monitoring P&L statements, budgets, and forecasting to drive profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team to foster a positive work culture.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and brand guidelines.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic goals and operational initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in management, preferably within the retail or salon industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
