- Oversee end-to-end organizational operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive long-term market growth.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L accountability, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-output work environment.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in a senior leadership or General Manager role, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or supply chain industry.
- Strong financial acumen with deep experience in P&L management and operational budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and manage complex projects.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in modern ERP systems and business productivity software.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Central Luzon is highly preferred.
