We are seeking a visionary General Manager or Associate General Manager for Engineering Systems (M&E) to oversee the critical infrastructure that powers one of the world's most awarded airports. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, operation, and maintenance of complex Mechanical and Electrical systems, ensuring unparalleled reliability, efficiency, and safety for millions of passengers.
You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, drive digital transformation in facility management, and spearhead capital projects that align with our sustainability goals. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in M&E systems, a proven track record in large-scale facility management, and the leadership acumen to drive operational excellence in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of large-scale M&E infrastructure, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
- Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies, asset renewal plans, and lifecycle management programs.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, incorporating IoT, predictive maintenance, and data analytics to optimize building performance.
- Manage operational budgets, procurement processes, and vendor/contractor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulatory standards, safety protocols, and international aviation engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on capital development projects, airport expansions, and modernization efforts.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution; Professional Engineer (PE) status is highly preferred.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in M&E facility management, with at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, building management systems (BMS), and fire protection systems in a large-scale environment.
- Proven track record in managing critical infrastructure within aviation, transport, or high-density commercial/industrial sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking, crisis management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and green building practices (e.g., BCA Green Mark certification knowledge).
