Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive strategic and operational oversight for all catering functions, ensuring seamless execution from initial client contact to post-event follow-up.
- Drive financial performance through rigorous budget management, cost control, pricing strategies, and P&L accountability to maximize profitability and achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all operational departments.
- Develop and implement robust operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency, quality control, inventory management, and food safety standards.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand market share in Batangas and surrounding areas.
- Oversee supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and procurement to ensure optimal quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of resources.
- Ensure full compliance with all local health, safety, and labor regulations, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance service delivery and operational capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record (5+ years) in a senior leadership or General Manager role within the catering, hospitality, or food service industry, preferably with significant experience in end-to-end catering operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a history of building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing operational systems and processes to drive efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Residency or strong familiarity with the Batangas, Calabarzon area is an advantage.
