- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to achieve organizational goals and project milestones.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local building regulations (BCA/LTA).
- Optimize supply chain logistics, sub-contractor management, and on-site resource deployment to maximize efficiency.
- Provide strategic oversight on budget management, cost-control measures, and profit-and-loss (P&L) accountability for multiple projects.
- Mentor and lead high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring a safe, inclusive work environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement lean construction methodologies and digital construction technologies to enhance operational productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial or civil infrastructure projects in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations, safety compliance (WSH Act), and industry best practices.
- Exceptional financial acumen, including experience in P&L management and operational forecasting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage crisis situations under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or Chartered Engineer status) is highly advantageous.
