JIH Hospital is seeking a visionary and strategic General Manager of Corporate Information Technology to lead our digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of health-tech ecosystems, cybersecurity, and data-driven decision-making, while fostering a culture of innovation and operational efficiency across all hospital departments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term IT roadmap that aligns with JIH Hospital’s clinical and business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end management of hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), and integrated digital platforms.
- Oversee IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, network security, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives, including telemedicine, patient experience apps, and operational automation.
- Manage the IT department budget, vendor relationships, and enterprise software procurement cycles.
- Ensure strict compliance with national healthcare data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and IT governance frameworks.
- Mentor and guide the IT team to foster professional development and maintain high standards of technical service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise-level HIS/EMR systems and complex IT environments.
- Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA-compliant standards).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale digital transformation projects and driving organizational change.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in both Indonesian and English communication to engage with internal teams and external technology partners.
