Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the cash crop farm, ensuring efficient and productive processes
- Develop and implement strategic plans for farm growth and operational improvements
- Manage and lead farm staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor crop health, quality, and yield, implementing best practices for maximum productivity
- Manage farm budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, safety standards, and environmental practices
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Implement sustainable farming practices and technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Strong knowledge of cash crop cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest processes
- Experience with budget management, financial planning, and cost control
- Familiarity with agricultural regulations, safety standards, and sustainable farming practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and stakeholder management
