Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, establishing performance metrics and fostering professional growth
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Drive strategic finance initiatives including process optimization, system implementation, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies supporting business growth
- Manage financial risks through internal controls, audits, and proactive risk mitigation strategies
- Lead financial transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and leverage technology
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making and business development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in finance with 5+ years in senior leadership role
- Proven track record in finance transformation, process optimization, and strategic planning
- Expertise in financial reporting, compliance (IFRS/Indonesian GAAP), and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and drive business decisions
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle in multinational environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams
