- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies and operational plans to achieve company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, high-quality service delivery, and adherence to company policies.
- Drive sales performance by identifying new market opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost control measures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing executive team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in general management, specifically within the financing, lending, or banking industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizations, driving revenue growth, and improving profitability.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
