- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth for the Philippines portfolio.
- Provide full P&L oversight, including budget management, resource allocation, and cost-optimization strategies.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and government regulatory bodies.
- Ensure total compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations and international quality standards.
- Oversee the launch of new products and manage the lifecycle of existing branded generic assets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to pivot business strategy effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-15 years of senior management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with branded generic products.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving aggressive revenue targets in the Philippine market.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements (FDA) and pharmaceutical distribution networks.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing large, diverse, and high-performance teams.
- Strategic mindset with an ability to translate complex market data into actionable commercial initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
