Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee overall dealership operations, including sales, after-sales services, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Manage the dealership's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team to ensure operational excellence.
- Enhance customer relationship management (CRM) and drive brand reputation within the local market.
- Coordinate with the parent company (Thamrin Group) on high-level corporate strategies and new initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-10+ years) as a General Manager or Executive Director in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth and team development.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian automotive market and dealership management dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
