As the General Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, overseeing golf course maintenance, clubhouse operations, membership acquisition, and high-end event management. We are looking for a candidate who combines a sharp business acumen with a deep appreciation for the golfing lifestyle. You will be instrumental in nurturing our membership community, implementing operational efficiencies, and maintaining the highest standards of service that define the Swiss-Garden brand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve membership growth and revenue targets.
- Oversee daily clubhouse and golf course operations to ensure premium service quality and facility standards.
- Manage the annual operating budget, capital improvement projects, and financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team across golf operations, F&B, and maintenance departments.
- Enhance member engagement through high-quality events, tournaments, and personalized service initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
- Develop strong relationships with local golf associations, sponsors, and corporate partners to boost club visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior management experience, preferably in a high-end golf club or luxury resort setting.
- Strong background in financial management, P&L responsibility, and operational oversight.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large, multi-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of golf industry trends, tournament management, and luxury service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the demands of club operations.
