Tanggung Jawab
- Lead day-to-day gym operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality member experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of trainers, front-desk staff, and support personnel.
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment safety, and hygiene standards to uphold our brand reputation.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budget tracking, and reporting.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating community culture within the facility.
- Execute marketing initiatives and community events to increase local brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gym management, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to analyze business metrics and translate them into actionable operational improvements.
- Hands-on approach: you are visible, active, and engaged with both staff and members on the floor.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and a genuine passion for the wellness industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of a dynamic facility.
