We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager Operasional to lead operations for a prestigious portfolio of F&B brands including Dragon Hot Pot, Yamatoten Abura Soba, Ramen Girl, and Roku Ramen. This is a strategic leadership role designed for an experienced professional capable of driving operational excellence, brand consistency, and sustainable growth across multiple high-traffic dining outlets in Jakarta.

You will mentor regional managers, optimize supply chain logistics, and ensure that our commitment to quality and customer service remains industry-leading. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end operational performance across four distinct F&B brands, ensuring consistent quality and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational SOPs to streamline workflows and improve unit-level productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of restaurant managers and support staff to achieve KPI targets.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including cost control, budget preparation, and financial forecasting.
- Monitor supply chain efficiency and maintain high standards of vendor relationships to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and respond to market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing and expansion teams to support new outlet launches and brand activations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior management roles within the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-unit operations and diverse brand portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen with deep experience in P&L management, budget setting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage large-scale teams across different locations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
