Pim Pharmaceuticals, a rapidly growing Pharmaceutical Wholesaler (PBF), is seeking a strategic and visionary General Manager to lead our business operations in Sidoarjo. As the leader of our organization, you will be responsible for driving overall business performance, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and ensuring full compliance with CDOB (Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik) standards.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape in Indonesia, a proven track record in operational excellence, and the leadership capacity to scale distribution networks. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence while maintaining the highest quality standards in medicine distribution.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve annual growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Oversee daily PBF operations, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, warehousing, and distribution departments.
- Maintain and improve strict compliance with CDOB (Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik) and BPOM regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team across all functional areas to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, suppliers, and healthcare clients.
- Optimize supply chain logistics to reduce costs while improving service levels and delivery timelines.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for the board of directors regarding company performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management/GM role.
- Strong working knowledge of CDOB (Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik) and relevant BPOM regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Management, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive business transformation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proven experience in building and managing distribution networks within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
