- Lead overall property development operations, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
- Manage complex project cash flows, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Oversee legal compliance, including securing all necessary local permits and licenses.
- Drive commercial strategy, marketing initiatives, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Law, or Real Estate.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in property development or construction management.
- Proven track record in managing legal aspects and securing government permits.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cash flow management and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license is required for site visits.
