Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to increase market share and property revenue.
- Oversee daily operations across sales, leasing, and property management departments.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including budget preparation, expense control, and financial reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and high-value clients to ensure portfolio growth.
- Implement and monitor operational KPIs to ensure team productivity and service quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve departmental and company-wide goals.
- Ensure full compliance with local real estate laws, government regulations, and industry best practices.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and expansion prospects in the Metro Manila region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience within the real estate or property development industry.
- Proven track record in P&L management and operational transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Filipino.
- Deep knowledge of the Makati/Metro Manila real estate landscape and regulatory framework.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong ethical leadership and commitment to professional integrity.
