Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic property management plans aligned with company investment objectives
- Oversee daily operations of commercial/residential properties including maintenance, leasing, and vendor management
- Lead, mentor, and develop property management teams to ensure service excellence
- Monitor market trends and identify new investment opportunities in Batam's real estate sector
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, contractors, and government bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of property management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in real estate investment portfolio management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian real estate regulations and Batam market dynamics
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin beneficial
