Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop store teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance including P&L management and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement customer service standards to enhance shopping experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing and promotional initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience with proven track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Expertise in inventory control, loss prevention, and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in retail management systems and analytical tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Cebu market and retail landscape preferred
