We are seeking a dynamic General Manager Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth and market expansion for Bintang Gemilang Works. In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead strategic sales initiatives and innovative marketing campaigns to establish our brand as a leader in the real estate sector. You'll lead cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven strategies to capture new opportunities while optimizing existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership in managing sales pipelines, executing marketing plans, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to align sales/marketing efforts with company objectives, while continuously refining processes to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition in Indonesia's competitive property landscape.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for sales/marketing initiatives
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets across key segments
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to executive leadership
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and sales collateral
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7+ years progressive experience in sales/marketing leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in real estate/property sector
- Strong strategic planning and budget management expertise
- Exceptional team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Deep understanding of Indonesian real estate market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
