The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development within the contract logistics/3PL sector, including warehousing, transportation management, value-added services (VAS), and supply chain solutions.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and expand into new markets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, set ambitious targets, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position our logistics solutions effectively
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (S1)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven experience in contract logistics/3PL industry, including warehousing, transportation management, VAS, and supply chain
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable for effective client communication
- Strategic thinking ability with a focus on market expansion and business growth
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
