Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows for The Feathers Project to ensure maximum social impact.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of staff and volunteers to meet organizational KPIs.
- Develop and implement robust strategies for resource allocation, budget management, and donor reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, key stakeholders, and community partners.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance transparency and operational efficiency across all charity initiatives.
- Drive community engagement programs that align with the organization's core mission and values.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards governing non-profit operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Work, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in senior management or operations, preferably within the non-profit or social enterprise sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with a deep commitment to humanitarian causes.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting, cost control, and grant management experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
