Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to site employees
- Conduct regular health screenings and occupational medical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions
- Manage medical emergencies and provide first aid/trauma care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
- Coordinate with site management on health compliance matters
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs
- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (S.Ked) from accredited Indonesian institution
- Valid medical license (SIP) from IDI
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in primary care
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong diagnostic and emergency response skills
- Experience in occupational health or site medicine preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote locations
