Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within real estate development
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience managing budgets and financial aspects of property development projects
