Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee daily retail operations to ensure seamless customer service and showroom efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of sales and administrative staff to deliver exceptional performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management review.
- Maintain high standards of facility maintenance and showroom visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local automotive regulations.
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism to maintain high brand loyalty and satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and manage organizational change.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and retail management systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to reside in or commute reliably to Binan City, Laguna.
