Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and administer Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to support staff well-being and resolve personal/work-related issues.
- Manage day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Oversee administrative functions such as facility management, office supplies, and vendor relations.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and manage staff training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare necessary reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or General Services Manager, preferably in the Philippines.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
