- Oversee and lead pre-seller salesmen and booking salesman in the province of Bataan
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and motivate sales teams to maximize performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives
- Ensure product availability and optimal distribution across all retail channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management in the FMCG sector
- Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams
- Deep knowledge of the retail landscape in Bataan and surrounding areas
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in using sales reporting and CRM systems
