Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and care for nursery areas, plants, and landscaping installations
- Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and general garden maintenance activities
- Support landscape construction and installation projects as directed by supervisors
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and responsibly
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
- Load and unload materials, plants, and supplies as needed
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and monitoring
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Kualifikasi
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in Malaysian weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 20kg
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to help
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
