Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise topographical surveys using GPS, total stations, and other specialized surveying equipment
- Define property boundaries, terrain features, and elevation data for construction projects
- Generate accurate site maps, contour plans, and 3D terrain models using CAD and GIS software
- Analyze survey data to identify potential site constraints and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate survey data into planning
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress through periodic site surveys and verification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional License (Licensed Geodetic Engineer) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in topographical surveying and construction projects
- Proficiency in surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, levels) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to precision and detail
- Ability to work in field conditions and travel to project sites
- Excellent communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder collaboration
