Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive topographic, hydrographic, and land surveys to support construction activities.
- Establish precise geodetic control points and benchmarks for project-wide reference.
- Process and analyze survey data using industry-standard software such as CAD and GIS.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineers and project managers to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, survey plans, and maps for internal and regulatory review.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with local land laws and international engineering standards.
- Manage and maintain sophisticated surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and levels.
- Perform field verification and construction staking to guide on-site implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC License holder).
- Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in surveying for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to outdoor field conditions in Cotabato City.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse project teams.
- Proven ability to manage surveying schedules and meet tight project deadlines.
