Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other specialized equipment
- Analyze geodetic data to prepare precise maps, plans, and technical reports
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with national engineering standards and legal frameworks
- Collaborate with civil engineers and urban planners to support construction projects
- Manage geospatial databases and maintain accurate survey records
- Provide expert advice on land boundary determination and property delineation
- Oversee field teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or related field
- Valid Professional Geodetic Engineer license (Philippines)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying and geospatial analysis
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Trimble Business Center)
- Strong understanding of cadastral systems and land laws
- Experience with both fieldwork and data processing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
