Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land, hydrographic, and topographic surveys for diverse construction projects.
- Interpret and analyze survey data to produce accurate maps, site plans, and digital terrain models.
- Operate advanced surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GNSS/GPS receivers, and drone mapping technology.
- Ensure compliance with all government land regulations, zoning laws, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to provide accurate site data for construction design and planning.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for project submission and permit processing.
- Coordinate with local government agencies for title processing, subdivision, and lot consolidation projects.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC Board Passer).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in construction or land development surveying is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of modern surveying instruments and data processing software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Metro Manila and nearby provinces as required.
