Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive land surveys and geodetic measurements for construction feasibility studies
- Verify property boundaries and land ownership using GPS, total stations, and laser scanning
- Prepare detailed topographic maps, contour plans, and land subdivision layouts
- Analyze geospatial data to recommend optimal land acquisition and development strategies
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and surveying standards
- Collaborate with civil engineers and urban planners to integrate geodetic data into project designs
- Manage survey equipment calibration and maintain accurate field documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or related field
- PRC License as Geodetic Engineer (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying and construction projects
- Proficiency in GIS software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge of GPS/RTK equipment and modern surveying techniques
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex geospatial data
- Certification in land management or property law (preferred)
- Ability to work in field conditions and manage project timelines
