You will work closely with our civil engineering and construction teams to translate blueprints into reality, navigating diverse terrains and utilizing advanced surveying equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise geodetic surveys, topographic mapping, and boundary stake-outs for land development projects.
- Perform data processing and analysis using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to generate accurate survey reports.
- Collaborate with construction and design teams to ensure site plans align with actual ground conditions.
- Prepare, certify, and submit technical survey plans and documentation to local government units for approval.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS/GNSS receivers, Digital Levels) to ensure peak performance.
- Perform verification surveys to monitor progress and maintain quality control throughout the construction phase.
- Mentor junior surveyors and assist with site project scheduling and logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in land surveying, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in using modern survey equipment, including Total Stations, GNSS/RTK systems, and levels.
- Strong background in AutoCAD and technical software related to land development and spatial mapping.
- Ability to work effectively in a field environment and adapt to changing weather conditions in Pampanga.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on high-precision data accuracy and error reduction.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders.
