We are seeking a highly skilled Geodetic Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Quiapo, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will conduct precise land surveys, construction monitoring, and mapping activities to support diverse engineering and development projects. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy of spatial data, which is fundamental to infrastructure planning, land development, and compliance with regulatory standards.
As a Geodetic Surveyor, you will utilize advanced GPS technology, total stations, and specialized software to collect, process, and analyze geospatial data. You will collaborate closely with civil engineers, project managers, and urban planners to provide essential survey data for construction sites, boundary demarcations, and topographic mapping. Your work will directly contribute to project feasibility studies, design accuracy, and successful project execution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other geodetic equipment
- Perform construction surveys for infrastructure projects including roads, buildings, and utilities
- Generate detailed topographic maps, boundary surveys, and subdivision plans
- Analyze survey data using specialized software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center)
- Establish control points and benchmarks for engineering projects
- Prepare comprehensive survey reports with calculations and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local surveying regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide accurate spatial data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in geodetic surveying and construction surveys
- Proficiency in surveying equipment (GPS receivers, total stations, levels)
- Advanced knowledge of surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS applications)
- Valid Philippine Surveying license (PRC registration)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for precise calculations
- Ability to work independently in challenging field environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report generation
