Join Samora Group's dynamic team as a Geographic Information System (GIS) Data Processing Specialist, where you'll transform raw geospatial data into actionable insights that drive our mapping, survey, and operational excellence. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for the entire data lifecycle—from collection and validation to storage and analysis—ensuring our geospatial assets meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. Your work will directly support infrastructure planning, environmental monitoring, and resource management initiatives across Nusa Tenggara Barat.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, validate, and process geospatial data from multiple sources including satellite imagery, GPS coordinates, and field surveys
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance to ensure spatial accuracy and consistency
- Manage and maintain geospatial databases using industry-standard GIS platforms and version control systems
- Generate detailed maps, spatial analysis reports, and interactive visualizations for operational planning
- Support field operations by providing processed datasets for survey teams and mobile mapping applications
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to integrate geospatial data into infrastructure and environmental projects
- Document data processing workflows, metadata standards, and quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in GIS data processing, spatial analysis, or geospatial database management
- Proficiency in GIS software including ArcGIS, QGIS, and spatial database management systems (PostGIS)
- Strong knowledge of spatial data formats (Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML), coordinate systems, and cartographic principles
- Experience with programming languages for geospatial automation (Python with GDAL/OGR, SQL)
- Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to validate complex spatial datasets
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
