Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in fluent German and English.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery processes.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and call scripts as required.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in German and English (Native or Near-Native proficiency required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
