Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users via email and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio products, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with global internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide product improvement insights.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and adhere to internal quality benchmarks.
- Assist in the translation of support documentation or help center articles as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Full professional proficiency in both German (written/verbal) and English.
- Previous experience in customer support, specifically in a bilingual or international role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot consumer electronics.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Metro Manila.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle high-volume support queues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
