Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users via email and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio products, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide product improvement insights.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and adhere to internal quality benchmarks.
  • Assist in the translation of support documentation or help center articles as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Full professional proficiency in both German (written/verbal) and English.
  • Previous experience in customer support, specifically in a bilingual or international role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot consumer electronics.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Metro Manila.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle high-volume support queues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
