In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized gifting services. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a gift registry, from initial event registration and client consultations to the final, elegant presentation of gifts. As a Supervisor, you will not only deliver top-tier service but also drive sales performance, mentor your team, and ensure operational excellence in our gifting department.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the Gift Registry team to ensure high performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end event registration process, including data entry, client verification, and personalized consultations.
  • Oversee inventory management for gift registries and ensure all wrapping supplies, cards, and packaging materials are fully stocked.
  • Train staff on advanced gift wrapping techniques, customer service protocols, and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales floor team to cross-sell registry services and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on problem-solving and relationship building.
  • Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and shift handovers to maintain team engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event registrations and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in the gifting, event planning, or floral industry is a strong advantage.
