You will manage the entire lifecycle of a gift registry, from initial event registration and client consultations to the final, elegant presentation of gifts. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Gift Registry team to ensure high performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end event registration process, including data entry, client verification, and personalized consultations.
- Oversee inventory management for gift registries and ensure all wrapping supplies, cards, and packaging materials are fully stocked.
- Train staff on advanced gift wrapping techniques, customer service protocols, and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team to cross-sell registry services and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on problem-solving and relationship building.
- Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and shift handovers to maintain team engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event registrations and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the gifting, event planning, or floral industry is a strong advantage.
