Paramount Land, a leading property developer in Indonesia, is looking for a highly skilled GIS Developer Specialist to join our innovative team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining geospatial applications that drive our business strategy and land management operations. You will leverage your technical expertise to translate complex spatial data into actionable insights, enhancing our ability to make data-driven decisions in property development.

You will work closely with our IT and urban planning teams to integrate GIS capabilities into our internal platforms, ensuring seamless performance and scalability. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement custom GIS web applications and dashboards to support land development projects.
- Manage, process, and optimize large-scale geospatial datasets and spatial databases (PostGIS/SDE).
- Develop REST APIs and integrate GIS web services with internal business systems and property management software.
- Perform spatial analysis to support land acquisition, site selection, and urban planning initiatives.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing GIS infrastructure and server-side configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute automation improvements for spatial data workflows.
- Create technical documentation and provide training to internal users on new GIS tools and systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy, Geomatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in GIS development and spatial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Extensive experience with GIS platforms and frameworks such as ArcGIS Server, QGIS, Leaflet, OpenLayers, or Mapbox.
- Deep understanding of database management, specifically PostgreSQL with PostGIS extension.
- Knowledge of spatial data formats (GeoJSON, KML, Shapefiles) and OGC standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English and Indonesian.
